what's the deal with no tracking on my order?

small orders like stickers or pins ship in a stamped envelope to keep shipping costs low. stamped mail does not include tracking. please allow 1–2 weeks (u.s.) for delivery.

as stated in any sticker or pin description, i’m not responsible for lost letters.

do you ship internationally?

no, but as i gain experience selling online, i will. stay tuned!

when will my order ship?

within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

can i track my order?

yes! prints and larger packages ship with tracking. if your order was only stickers and/or pins (stamped envelope), there’s no tracking. check your confirmation email for details!

do you do returns or exchanges?

no, but if you have a question, comment, or concern with your order refer to my contact tab and reach out!

my package is damaged and/or missing. what do i do?

• missing stamped mail (stickers/pins): usps doesn’t track stamped envelopes, so i can’t see where it is. give it up to 2 weeks; if it still hasn’t arrived, contact usps.

• damaged order: email me a photo within 7 days of delivery so i can help you!

do you do commissions?

not at the moment. however, i am interested in collaborations! contact me!
